Implementation Guide

Six steps to bring the ATP framework into your program — whether you're a PE teacher, strength coach, or youth athletic coach.

Start with the Metabolic Quiz

Have your athletes take the 6-question Metabolic Quiz on the Tools page. It takes 2 minutes and gives each athlete a personalized starting module. Use the results to identify which athletes need the most foundational work.

Assign Module 01 as Baseline

"What Is Health?" is the foundational module. Assign it as homework or cover it in a 20-minute class discussion. The goal is to establish a shared vocabulary and challenge the assumptions athletes bring from mainstream culture.

Use Daily Fix Workouts in Class

The Daily Fix BODY workouts are all bodyweight, require no equipment, and take 15-45 minutes. Use them as class programming. The BELLY and BRAIN entries can be assigned as reading or used as discussion starters.

Run the 30-Day Challenge

The 30-Day Tracker on the Tools page lets athletes track daily completion. Run it as a class challenge with a leaderboard. The 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day milestones create natural check-in points.

Share the For Parents Page

The For Parents page explains the ATP framework in parent-friendly language. Send the link home at the start of the program. Parent buy-in dramatically improves athlete compliance, especially on nutrition.

Use Field Guides as Handouts

Each Field Guide is designed to be printable and shareable. The Insulin Resistance Guide, 30-Day Meal Plan, and Sleep Optimization Guide are the three most impactful for athlete development.
